Weekend Seminar on 'Uloom Al-Qur'an (Quran Sciences)

Imam Sameh Asal of the IAR will be teaching a weekend seminar on 'Uloom Al-Qur'an on August 7 and 8 at the ICR.

Introduction:
The Qur’an is the final word of God that He revealed on the heart of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) via the Archangel Gabriel. Allah revealed it as a culmination of all the revelations that were sent to Prophets before Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Since the Qur’an is Allah’s final message to all humanity, Allah guaranteed its preservation. Allah, the Almighty said what can be translated as, “Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian.” The preservation of the Qur’an was fulfilled through oral and written transmissions equally. This topic and subject and several other subjects have been defined by the scholars as “`Uloom (sciences of the Qur’an). We will be covering these subjects in a two-day seminar that will be held at the Islamic Center of Raleigh, NC.
